Hi my name is Jane, and I am an experienced therapist who practices in Orange County, and provide online therapy throughout the state of California. I provide my clients a safe place in which to explore, to be heard and to be understood. I listen closely and pay careful attention to what you are communicating, both consciously and unconsciously. I work to help my clients recognize old patterns which no longer benefit them, and to help them understand where these patterns come from so that they can see things more clearly, discontinue unhealthy cycles, and live life with true joy and a greater sense of comfort and calm.

Sometime compartmentalizing anxiety and “not thinking about it” can make it worse.
