My name is Jane. I am an anxiety therapist in Orange County specializing in social anxiety. I help socially anxious people let go of worry and feel more comfortable and confident when they walk into a room with people. We will look at the habits that keep you anxious. I will teach you how to unlearn them and replace them with tools that will keep you calm. My clients often discover a feeling of release, letting go of a lot of thoughts and beliefs that have been keeping them stuck in the worry and fear when they are with others.
